  I approached 1st Call Plumbing with something they never did before (connecting water heater to heat pump) and they were more than happy to learn and help figure it all out. The service was great, customer service was wonderful and I would absolutely call them with any plumbing needs in the future.

  Though the plumber was nice, I was disappointed that I was charged as much as I was for work that wasn't completed. I was charged over $250 for work on a sink and backed up pipes. A family member had to redo part of the work that was done and finished the work with the problem with the backed up pipes.
