  I'm was looking for a particular fabric and needed it asap. Kim waited on me, and she went above and beyond to help me. Her store didn't carry it, but she called the other store. Because it didn't have any info on my selvage (it was a batik), she took a picture of it and sent it to so they could look for it. She was willing to contact other stores, but I'm decided to just look for something else. If was so impressed and so thankful for her help.
