  First appointment would have gave this place 5 stars! The guy showed up at 8 on the dot and got to work right away. They should have more people like him working for them. Second visit was scheduled between 8-10 called at 9 oclock to let them know their workers were not here. Was told that they schedule that window for them to show up. So they expect you with dogs and kids to give them two hours to show up, an hour to work and two hours at least out of the home. They are a joke. So i told their office to cancel the appointment and 20 mins later the worker called to let me know they were on their way.
